HOT Sculpt Lab 🔥 & Non-Hot Sculpt
These barre-inspired low impact workouts will tone your entire body and build core strength. Expect a blend of dynamic, functional training movements paired with smaller zone-focused repetitions. These classes are musically driven and high energy to give you a total body burn while having FUN! Class temps range in the mid to high 80’s. *Hot Sculpt45 will focus more on specific muscle zones each class, while Hot Sculpt Lab is full body

HOT Powerbeat 🔥
POWERBEAT is a hot, beat-driven workout consisting of strength & sculpting sequences, plyometrics, bodyweight resistance and cardio bursts. Props like resistance bands, hand and ankle weights, sliders and other toys will be used to go deeper into the sweat and create challenging combinations. Expect a full body class that harnesses the power of those energizing beat drops!

BarreBeat is a hot, co-taught, beat-driven workout party consisting of cardio & barre-inspired sculpting sequences. Props like resistance bands, hand and ankle weights, and other "toys" will be used to go deeper and create challenging combinations. Expect a full body class that harnesses the power of those energizing beat drops!

Bounce SCULPT, Bounce STRONG , Bounce POWER & Bounce CARDIO30
These classes includes HIIT-style Cardio Bounce on a JUMPSPORT Trampoline, along with strength training and sculpting both on and off the rebounder. Bouncing is an incredible way to improve circulation, aid in lymphatic drainage, help with weight loss, and a low impact way to work your body while protecting your joints. For all you mamas out there worried you might pee, TRUST ME, YOU WON’T! (I’ve had 3 giant babies)

BodyROCK
This cardio strength class will feel more like a party than a typical workout. Light weights and high reps give you total body toning, and circuits include IDGAF-energy dance breaks! You'll leave feeling invigorated and ready to take on anything. This class is for all fitness levels, the playlists are FIRE, and most of all...FUN! (absolutely no dance experience required!)

In this 45 minute sculpt & strength class we will tone our most favorite ASSet! Get ready to set those buns and legs on fire with non-stop movement to the beat of the music! We will use an array of props and weights to really fire up that tush and carve out that booty. Sir Mix-A-Lot would be proud!

HOT Strong 🔥
Workout with me (the way I train myself!) in this 45 minute power session. We will use weights to strengthen all our muscle groups...IN A HOT ROOM! This class gives you the opportunity to dedicate an entire workout to STRENGTH TRAINING. The warm heats preps and allows your muscles to work at their max. We encourage everyone to work at their own weight levels and increase as you get stronger. Let's get to work!

HOT Cuts 🔥
This 45-minute HOT class uses the challenge of resistance bands and weights to target each of your muscle groups. The program begins with a 3 minute cardio AMRAP to elevate your heart rate and maximize productivity. The remainder of class is HIIT-style internals focused on building strength endurance and toning your muscles

🔥FOR OUR HOT CLASSES: We use Thermazone Infrared heaters that help with detoxification, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and help boost your immune system (among many other wonderful benefits!)
CANCELLATION POLICY: The studio has a 12 hour cancellation policy for all class bookings. Please note any cancellations made after the 12 hour window will forfeit your class. If you do not cancel or late cancel your class, and you don’t show up, you will incur an additional $10 NO-SHOW FEE. Our studio has small class sizes and we want to do our best to get waitlist clients into classes. Cancellations must be made in the Momence App, via our website, or in an email. We will not accept Instagram messages or texts requesting cancellations.
WAITLIST POLICY: If a class is WAITLISTED, we encourage you to add yourself to the list! Cancels always occur, so there is a good chance you will make it into the class. If you put yourself on the waitlist, you are committing to a spot in that class if it opens. You will automatically be added to class and notified via email up to 1 hour before the class. Please remove yourself from the waitlist within the 12 hour cancellation period if you no longer wish to attend class, in order to open a spot for a fellow JAB member.
