6 week Strength Challenge
Let's Do this (TOGETHER) 2024! Get strong with Jen and a tight knit, supportive group of dedicated people looking to feel strong in 2024. This challenge includes 6 Sunday in-person workouts starting January 21st:
Week 1: Hot Strong We will use weights to strengthen all our muscle groups...IN A HOT ROOM targeting one muscle group at a time. This class gives you the opportunity to dedicate an entire workout to STRENGTH TRAINING. (We use Thermazone Infrared heaters that help with detoxification, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and help boost your immune system (among many other wonderful benefits!)
Week 2: Bodystack (AMRAP) This class format uses AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) fitness principles to work your muscle endurance from head to toe. Each muscle group will work for a full 8 minutes until the start of muscle fatigue, at which point that muscle group is finished. You will work lower body, upper body, core, stability/balance, and end with a final stretch to release it all!
Week 3: Kickbox STRONG* (New!) Get your entire body moving in this high intensity Cardio Kickboxing class that will use weights and incorporate strength circuits. You will move quickly through punches, strength moves, kicks, and more to keep that heart rate up and your body burning from the inside out. EXPECT TO SWEAT!
Week 4: Hot Tabata A HIIT style strength class that will build your muscle endurance as you go through three circuits, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds. This class takes places in a HOT room (think 80ish degrees) and will be broken down into three sections: Lower body, Upper Body, and Core. (We use Thermazone Infrared heaters that help with detoxification, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, and help boost your immune system (among many other wonderful benefits!)
